Agree a time before you visit. Moreton House is not a waiting room for the building.
Use this for a fault and for a question about the bill.
Form
Detail
Name the building and, if you can, the floor. Say whether the fault is in a shared part or inside one home. If water is coming through, say which room and when it started.
Reply
A fault on the stair or at the front door is taken first. A question about the shared bill gets a written answer with the figures we hold. We do not buy or sell homes through this desk.
